Deep and Gentle
The chapter titled “Finding Peace in Aloneness” was the one my daughter quietly went back to—twice. She didn’t say much at first, but I could see that something in it had landed deeply. In a world that constantly tells girls to stay connected, stay visible, stay “on,” this book offers something incredibly rare: permission to pause, to sit with yourself and to see that stillness is not emptiness. Its strength. Charlotte Swift doesn’t treat solitude like a punishment or loneliness like a flaw. She gives it space, dignity and even beauty. For a teen who’s learning how to be with her thoughts without spiraling into self-criticism, this message was quietly life-changing. The writing is tender, clear and full of grace. This chapter alone was worth the entire book.

Soulful and Down-to-Earth
What struck me most about Glow Up bundle is how naturally it invites you in. You don’t need to be someone who already journals or meditates to connect with it. You just need to be someone open to feeling a little more grounded, a little more kind to yourself. Charlotte Swift’s writing is conversational and calm, like a big sister sitting beside you, not above you. She takes ideas like self-worth, spirituality, and emotional regulation and makes them feel less like buzzwords and more like everyday lifelines. My daughter said it didn’t feel like a teacher talking—it felt like a friend who had gone through some stuff and wanted to help her through hers. It’s that balance of soulful and simple that makes this book stand out in a very crowded genre.

Wisdom for real life
My daughter, who’s usually skeptical about anything that feels too “self-helpy”, closed this book one night and simply said, “This book gets me.” And honestly, I felt the same way. Charlotte Swift has an extraordinary ability to write about the emotional storms teens go through, family pressure, self-doubt, failure, with such clarity and compassion that it never feels preachy or forced. She doesn’t offer quick fixes. Instead, she offers perspective: the kind that makes one pause, take a breath, and realize you’re not alone in what you’re feeling. Glow Up 2 reads like someone older and wiser taking your hand and saying, “I’ve been there, and here’s what helped me.” It’s tender, practical, and quite empowering—for both girls and their parents.

Best gift for young women and teen girls
The bundle best deal. Book 1 and book 2 best gift. Grow up books are incredibly useful. This books talks deeper emotional things like failure and aloneness that teen girls and young women really connect with. I bought this journal companion for my niece. She couldn’t stop talking about how Charlotte’s prompts in each chapter are gold. The book is more than the eye can see, it helps young women, and teen girls prepare for the future and college. I think anyone that has a young woman, niece or daughter. This is the best book to get them ready for anything they will face.

Best book for anyone.
I must read for young women and teen girls. Any girl that is ready to love themselves and step into their power. This is the book for them. This isn’t a one and done read. My little sister can’t stop reading the book. My little sister says the book is one of the kind. She keeps it next to her nightstand, she enjoys to read the positive affirmations on the general prompts that are at the end of the book before bedtime. she says that it keeps her grounded after a long, hard day at school. It’s gentle, thoughtful, and empowering.

Uplifting Without Being Preachy
This book strikes a beautiful balance between being spiritual and staying accessible. I love it like that when I am reading a book. It’s not pushy at all—just wise, kind, and genuinely uplifting. It’s perfect for teens who want guidance without feeling lectured, and for parents who want to give their kids something nurturing.
